Biography

Alison Sipler is the Director of Programs for TTAC at the Emory Centers for Training and Technical Assistance. Alison’s expertise is in public health promotion and disease prevention, with a focus on the issues of HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections, migrant farm worker health, domestic violence, tobacco use, and diabetes. She has over a decade of experience in program planning and management, curriculum development, training, and evaluation, and she has worked in a variety of settings including community-based organizations, county health departments, and university/research institutions. Alison earned a BA degree from Swarthmore College and an MPH degree from the Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist.
