In conjunction with the National Conference on Tobacco or Health (NCTOH), Tobacco Technical Assistance Consortium (TTAC) staff had the honor of facilitating activities at the National Tobacco Control Program Meeting on August 13-14, 2012 to strengthen partnerships between tobacco control staff in state / territory health departments and other partner organizations. TTAC's Reaching Higher Ground guidebook was given to participants to support them in their future coalition building and partnership development activities.
