What is different between the Virtual Lifestyle Coach Training and in-person training?
The biggest difference between a live in-person training and the virtual training is the method of delivery. However, the content and key concepts are very similar between the two.

The in-person Lifestyle Coach Training is two full days where as the virtual Lifestyle Coach training delivers the content over a four-week period. In the virtual training, the learning activities build upon one another and the flexible pace and spacing offers opportunities to engage the content in multiple touchpoints - e-learning, virtual classroom sessions, individual activity and reflection, and an online discussion board - for optimal learning and preparedness to be a successful Lifestyle Coach. The length of time required for each activity varies from 5 minutes to 30 minutes with the total training time between 12-14 hours.

The total training time for both the virtual and in-person Lifestyle Coach training meets the CDC training requirement of 12 hours of training.
